Venture has a delicious selection of pastries, treats, and baking gear for players who love to cook and create! From teleporting pies to stylish hats that keep you cool around the oven, there's something here for every aspiring baker.

Note: These are not currently visible in Bedrock Edition, but they will still work as intended. Versions below Java 1.20.6 may also not display them correctly. Please do not report this as a bug - it will be fixed soon.

Notes:

  • Saturation and hunger restored by pastries are similar to golden carrots or cooked meat. Exact values can be found in the Baking Cookbook. (or below)

  • Pastries with special effects (like teleportation or glowing) activate those effects when eaten.

  • Poisonous potatoes have been repurposed in Venture. Existing poisonous potatoes will be retextured, and potato crops will no longer drop them. Additionally, you won’t find them in shipwreck loot.

  • Chef Hat (White only, hidden recipe)

*You won't burn while wearing one, but fire damage still applies.

  • Baking Whisk – Functions like a brush

  • Baking Pin – Acts as a wooden sword with Knockback IV

  • Bread Bag – A custom bundle for holding baked goods and ingredients
